Role Description

As a corporate finance professional with at least some healthcare industry experience, you will use your corporate advisory expertise in M&A and/or capital raising, to win and execute new mandates. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and ensure they are provided with a highly professional personal and tailored service by yourself and the wider team and business. You will be responsible for the successful execution of multiple mandates and should be able to pull all aspects together through strong leadership and technical ability. You are expected to contribute to the promotion and development of all aspects of PharmaVentures’ business through multiple channels including conferences and seminars.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • You will have prior experience in a similar role within the Life Science industry or Corporate Finance experience in a Corporate Finance House or investment bank covering the industry
  • You will have substantial experience in the management of corporate advisory mandates
  • You will have some growth strategy experience within the Life Science industry
  • You will have a significant network that can be utilised to deliver success fee deals.
  • You will be able to demonstrate experience in the leadership of multiple project teams
  • FCA Regulated Business
