Database Coordinator
We are currently recruiting for a Database Coordinator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is a confident and self-motivated dynamic problem solver who is committed to learning, keeping abreast of technological and data development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, whilst thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the objective of this role is to drive adoption of the CRM system within the company, improve existing systems and processes for business growth and provide support to colleagues through quality of system implementation, quality of data and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365.
Working closely with key stakeholders, the successful candidate will ensure effective compliance and delivery of data whilst simultaneously leading the ongoing project to develop the CRM and deploy its usage across the business.

Responsibilities:
- Have an awareness and basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 and its capabilities
- Data cleansing and data entry to ensure all records in the Dynamics CRM database are accurate and kept up to date
- Maintain and develop the GDPR compliant database as a tool for direct mail, response analysis, meetings, campaign follow-up and for tracking customers’ purchasing behaviour
- Maintain the company project pipeline and create target lists by researching companies, entering all leads, client, meeting, and project information into the Dynamics CRM database
- Create contact lists for marketing and business development activities, assisting with generation through segmentation of data by various criteria including job role, company type and customer behaviour
- Manage mailing lists in Mailchimp or similar system and ensure the CRM reflects any changes to clients who have opted out of receiving marketing materials
- Troubleshooting and liaising with support company to fix issues and maintain 3rd party applications and CRM add-ons for Dynamics, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator ClickDimensions and PowerMailchimp
- Manage all new user setups and deactivation, including transferring ownership of contacts/leads/opportunities for deactivated users
- Manage database security/integrity and backup procedures
- Design processes for maintenance procedures and put them into operation in updating the CRM on an ongoing basis
- Business and process analysis and reporting, including business development pipeline, ROI from conference attendance, campaigns, and other lead generation activities for both the company and client companies
- Planning, delivering and documenting CRM development to benchmark its current state and how it should be in the future, participating in system implementation projects including requirements, documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution
- Writing customised reports, documentation, and operating manuals
- Delivery of training and related documentation
- Ensuring the company is legally compliant
- Work with external consultants to design and develop the system as the company requirements increase whilst testing and modifying the database to ensure it operates reliably, ensuring developments are signed off before they are implemented

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

We are looking to appoint an individual at Vice President level to take a leadership role in the winning and execution of M&A, Licensing and fundraising mandates. The role requires a proven track record of transactional strategic advisory consultancy in the healthcare industry, and a strong industry network. Business Development Director

Associate (M&A Business Development)

Experience:
- At least 2-3 years transactional support experience, ideally in M&A in a biopharma company, consulting, investment banking or corporate advisory firm
- Demonstrated selling and marketing acumen
Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Working together with the wider M&A team to generate new business with particular focus on and ownership of –
- Lead Generation through execution of the Corporate Advisory business development strategy in M&A.
- Attend international business conferences
- Establishing and cultivating relationships with new and existing clients and industry associations, both nationally and internationally
- Development of leads into new business by working closely with the wider teams to qualify and follow up on leads and opportunities, ensuring that all leads are progressed in a timely manner.
- Develop proposals and pitches to convert opportunities through to contracted business
- Generate letters of engagement for new client business as required
- Work with others with BD and marketing responsibilities within PharmaVentures
- Generate client reports and presentations
- Manage junior team members who are responsible for supporting the BD Function
- Ensure compliance with all project processes and procedures
- Contribute to the promotion and development of all aspects of PharmaVentures’ business, for example through co-authorship of articles in industry journals and general networking
- In future to manage 1-2 direct reports

Pharma Business Analyst – Korean Speaking
Due to growing number of Korean life science companies using its services PharmaVentures is looking to recruit a Korean speaking Business Analyst to provide transactional support for financing, M&A and licensing engagements with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medtech and diagnostic (Life sciences) companies, products and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for communicating and liaising scientifically and commercially in the Korean language with Korean life science clients
- Responsible for secondary data analysis, interpretation, and client deliverables
- Proposal development and pitch support
- Ensuring high quality accurate project deliverables
- Client interaction
- Conference monitoring and landscape tracking
- White paper development
- Business Development support
- Other ad hoc duties as required by the Company from time to time
Key Skills:
- Ability to communicate in both Korean and English in the context of a scientific/medical and business environment
- Numerate, with strong analytical skills and an excellent eye for detail.
- Ability to analyse and present complex data
- Intelligent, adaptable team player able to multitask and prioritise a challenging workload
- Flexible and resilient team worker
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Life Sciences, pharmacy, or medical degree essential
- MBA and/or PhD would be an advantage
- Demonstrable experience with either a global Life Sciences focused consultancy/investment bank, or corporate strategy experience with a biopharma company would be an advantage
- Detailed knowledge of Oncology, CNS, Immunology or Biosimilars Sectors would be an advantage
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint essential
- Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Sharepoint would be desirable
